Customer Service

Tactical & Survival Specialties, Inc. (TSSI) has a customer service policy that is second-to-none. Simply stated, at TSSI the customer comes first. We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction and we sincerely expect to exceed our customer’s expectations in every transaction.

There are three important phases of customer service—before, during, and after the sale. TSSI takes pride in its results during what we consider to be the most important of these phases, service AFTER the sale. We work tirelessly to make sure orders go out right and on time. If there is an issue we work directly with the manufacturer on behalf of the customer. We are fully aware that we service customers whose lives very often depend on the products we provide as your partner.

We pride ourselves on offering only the finest, top quality tactical gear because you and your mission are our number one priority. TSSI is at the ready to make sure you get the service you need quickly, with quality you expect and deserve.

If you have a question or need assistance with any tactical gear or services you have purchased from us, please contact us. We'll work with you to make sure you have the information, training, and knowledge to get the most out of your equipment.

Product Return Policy

If you encounter a problem with any product purchased from TSSI, simply contact us and request a return authorization. Please be sure to return all products in their original packaging within 30 days of the original invoice date. TSSI will credit your original method of payment, excluding any shipping charges. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee determined at the time the return authorization is given.

There may be certain items, those that are custom manufactured or special ordered, which are not returnable or refundable. TSSI does not accept returns of excessively worn or customer damaged items.

All sales of ballistic armor products will be non-returnable with the exception of workmanship or material defects. In the event there is a defect, the item may be returned for repair or replacement.

Streamlight Repair

TSSI is an authorized Streamlight repair center. If you need repair or replacement of any Streamlight product (regardless where it was purchased) simply contact us for a return authorization and we’ll take care of the rest. Contact us to determine if your item is still under warranty.
